Project management in clinical research: This five-day course is a Step by Step training on how to manage a clinical research project from conception to project closure, the place of documentation in clinical research, pitfalls in clinical research project management and how to avoid them. This training also includes Data management in clinical research - from study conception to the field through publication, Importance of documentation in clinical research, Essential documents in clinical trials, responsible persons for each document, etc.

Biostatistics for non-Statisticians:Statistical principles for clinical trials, developing a data analysis plan, basic biostatics, variables; descriptive statistics; predictors, outcomes, exposure variables and their measurement; data collection; measurement of disease in populations; measurement of disease association; the 2x2 table; prevalence ratio; odds ratio; attributable risk; confidence intervals; confounding variables that introduce error; chi square and Mantel-Haenszel tests; stratification; non-parametric statistical tests; introduction to multiviariate methods; and survival analysis.
